How to Redeem
To redeem tickets, visitors must bring:
• The official e-ticket from the purchasing platform.
• A valid ID (KTP/Driver’s License/Passport/Student Card) that matches the ticket holder’s details.
• The purchase confirmation email.
The name on the ticket must match the visitor’s ID. If different, the visitor must provide a valid letter of authorization.
General Terms & Condition
• Purchased tickets are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
• Buyers must fill in their personal data completely and accurately during the booking process.
• Each transaction is limited to a maximum of 8 tickets per category.
• This event is open to visitors aged 12 and above. For safety and comfort, parental or adult supervision is strongly recommended as a form of parental guidance.
• Attendees are prohibited from bringing sharp weapons, firearms, drugs, or professional recording equipment into the venue.
